Annual leave calculator.

How much paid annual leave an employee has earned, worked out the three ways section 19 of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 allows. The law gives the greatest of the three.

(a) 4 working weeks, if they worked at least 1,365 hours in the leave year (not in a year they change job)
(b) One-third of a working week for each month with at least 117 hours
(c) 8% of the hours worked, at most 4 working weeks

Good to know

The leave year runs from 1 April to 31 March, unless the employer uses another.
Days of annual leave and certified sick days count as days worked (s.19(1A)) — include their hours. A day of leave on which they are ill, with a certificate, is not a day of leave (s.19(2)).
Someone working 8 months or more in the leave year is entitled to 2 weeks in a row (s.19(3)). Public holidays are a separate entitlement (s.21).
"Usual week" spreads the hours evenly (52 weeks ÷ 12 months). For a real record, use month by month.
